• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in marketing and social impact especially for young target audiences and moms
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
• Lead the planning, development and execution of marketing campaigns that target and resonate with our target audience
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our branding strategy
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, sponsors, and media outlets
• Manage and oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and execute effective marketing strategies

⛩️ Requirements

• Having great project management skill & quickly to execute
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Strong understanding of marketing and promotion
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
• 3.5+ years of experience in marketing and social impact
• Passionate for beauty, women empowerment, and lifestyle
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
