Sr. Product Manager (Talent Pool)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our client's team in Jakarta. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and success of our client's products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define product strategies, and lead the product development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and ensure effective project management and delivery.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead the product development process, working closely with designers, engineers, and other teams to deliver successful products.
• Develop and execute product strategies, including defining product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior product managers, fostering their growth and development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive product enhancements.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must be able to work on-site in Jakarta.
• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. Experience in product leadership roles is a must.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Previous experience in the technology industry or with software development projects.

• Knowledge of product management tools and platforms.
