Vendor Relations Officer Jobs

Manage and tracking maintenance, insurance, and licensing of Information Technology asset.

Minimum 2 years of experience in handling Information Technology vendor, procurement, and basic accounting.

Minimum 2 years basic knowledge in Ms. Office.

Have working experiences in Data Analytics, IT Budget and Vendor Selection will be advantages.

Prepare all purchase request related with Information Technology.

Provide recommendations on company purchases of Information Technology Equipment (end to end process).

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or equivalent

Strong understanding of vendor management principles, processes, and best practices.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to comprehend business needs and vendor service requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a related field would be preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Identifying and evaluating prospective vendors and suppliers based on the needs and specifications of the organization
