Job Position: Project Coordinator

Location: Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia


Habitus Concept, a leading door hardware distributor based in Jakarta Pusat, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for project management and coordination between door makers, interior designers, architects, owners, and contractors. This position is vital in ensuring the successful execution of our projects and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct regular project status meetings, ensuring effective communication and alignment among all stakeholders.
  • Align project coordination with sales targets to drive growth and identify up-selling opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team and ensure project milestones support the overall sales strategy.
  • Monitor sales performance related to projects, provide regular updates, and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals. Analyze conversion rates, revenue generated, and customer satisfaction, and work with the sales team to drive improvements.

  • Act as a central point of contact for all project-related communication and coordination.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Support team members across various divisions, including administration, technicians, media, and warehouse, to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Coordinate and schedule project activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.
  • Assist in product training by studying the product catalogs independently and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel and be stationed out of town for extended periods when required.
  • Collaborate with door makers, interior designers, architects, owners, and contractors to gather project requirements and specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during project execution.



Requirements:


  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven coordination and project management experience.
  • Proficient in computer applications and project management software.
  • Minimum diploma graduate in any relevant field.
  • Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
