Job Description
|


  • Explore and adapt new research practices to improve the team’s effectiveness and speed
  • Assist quantitative studies such as surveys to evaluate the impact of product changes
  • Study competitor platforms and market trends to identify opportunities
  • Familiarity with Customer Experience/User Experience studies, both qualitatively (interviews, usability testing, etc.) and quantitatively (surveys, data analysis)
  • Assist both quantitative (interviews, usability testing, etc.) and qualitative studies such as field observations, interviews, usability tests and customer feedback analysis for existing and future products


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree of Psychology, Sosiology, Computer Science or IT Field
  • Have problem solving skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collect feedback for design iteration
  • Interest of the user-centered design process
  • Familiarity with Customer Experience/User Experience studies, both qualitatively (interviews, usability testing, etc.) and quantitatively (surveys, data analysis)
  • Interest in banking products and services and/or mobile-app based products
