Business Development Producer Jobs

MABAR GAMING, a rapidly growing Esports Organizer & Production Agencies, is seeking an experienced Business Development Producer.

The Business Development Producer will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, cultivating strong client relationships, and facilitating successful IP Event Production release.

A Business Development Producer works in close collaboration with our entire creative, production and events team, as well as coordinating the end-to-end process with the 3rd party (Venue, Rental house and Freelancers) from creating briefs to managing timeline and quality output as brief, also in delivering all needed on time.

A Business Development Producer is to ensure that all projects management flow, timeline and cost, efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

A. Finding the right partners, from brand sponsors, event venues, and media partners. Include;

• Resolve issues and establish and maintain robust client relationships
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer support services

B. Manage the Event Production. Include;

• Act as a brainstorming / consult partners for all stakeholders, including Procurement for any production plan, based on industry trends
• Monitor & Analyze clear and detailed briefs are received from stakeholders on time
• Excellent at creating time plans, process flows and documentation that simplifies workflow
• Managing stakeholders and 3rd party’s schedules to make sure that all requests shall be delivered on time

C. To do that, you need such as;

• Ability to identify potential issues/risks, and able to tackle situations and stakeholders at all levels by negotiating and communicating clearly in order to unblock and ensure the correct process and deadlines are met
• Fast response and proactively provide clear communication upon any changing priorities
• Good networking communication and experience for collaborate with the game publisher, universities and media

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Highly curious in trying new things, fun-loving and collaborative
• Understanding full production workflow, starting from pre-production,production and post production
• Experience on handling production projects in SEA countries is a plus.
• Excellent communication, time and project management skills
• Minimum 2 years professional experience in television, film, events or new media.
• Up to date with the latest technology in video production industry
• Able to multitask with eye for details, resourceful and independent under constraints of time
• Genuine passion for education, esports, and entertainment industries
• Proficiency in business and event management
• Able to quickly adapt to company’s style
• Fluency in English (mandarin is a plus)
