What you'll do?

-Lead Business in Indonesia with full operational and P&L responsibility. This includes overseeing the operating plan, marketing plan, budgets, sales strategy and overall management.

-Capture key growth opportunities in the local market.

-Proactively work with both local and regional teams to drive execution, share best practices, and efficiently use common resources.

-Build high-caliber local teams through coaching and training of teammates.

- Do all management (360 degree) recruitment process.

Key Requirements

-Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

-Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience in headhunter services industries.

-Excellent leadership, management, problem solving, negotiations, interpersonal, and communications skills.

-Able to both lead at high level and willing to be hands on as needed and proactively assume responsibilities and ownership.

-Abe to work independently and deal effectively with a complex, changing and ambiguous environment.

-Goal getter and self-motivated leader who is able to get things done.
