Country Manager

- Responsible for the overall operations of subsidiary, including finance, human resources, sales, and marketing.

- Accountable for the P&L of the subsidiary.

- Lead the team to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and market share goals.

- Develop and implement market strategies based on the company's overall strategy, including market positioning, product positioning, and channel strategies.

- Collaborate closely with other departments at headquarters to ensure the company's success in the local market.

-Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, partners, and government agencies.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and policies .

-Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of relevant work experience, with experience in the local market preferred.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with people from different backgrounds.

- Familiarity with the local market and culture.

- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to handle work pressure with good time management and organizational skills.

- Good English communication skills.
