You’ll succeed if you…

  • Data Driven: Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential customers, market trends, and opportunities. Proficiency & passionate in data driven sales in analyzing data and using it to drive sales strategies and decision-making
  • Proven track record: Extensive experience in both inbound & proactive sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Empathy and emotional intelligence: An active listener who has strong empathy and is influential
  • Communication Skill: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate complex ideas, concepts, and product information to various stakeholders
  • Growth Mindset: Have a Growth Mindset and a huge appetite for learning.
  • Consultative Selling approach: Proficiency in consultative selling techniques, with the ability to understand customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships. Experience in solution-selling or complex sales cycles is an advantage
  • Leadership Skill: Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team of sales consultants
  • Sales Strategy: Possess the ability to think strategically and experience in strategic sales planning provides valuable insights when crafting a sales strategy
  • Experiences: Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales and/or HR related field and at least 1 years’ experience in leading a team
  • Resilience and Persistence: Maintaining a positive attitude and staying motivated despite obstacles. Able to bounce back from failures, learn from them, and keep moving forward.
