Consultant Analyst Intern

(Intern, Hybrid)

:

- Support the CEO with research and analysis of key areas.

- Work on and drive key strategic projects

- Managing agenda and minutes during Management Committee and Executive Committee meetings.

Requirements:

- Comfortable with conversing with multiple stakeholders and presenting in front of people

- Data analysis (requires at least excel, but more complex tools may be useful)

- Strong and tenacious problem solver

- A start-up attitude - passionate about the roles, high flexibility, team player

- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills

- It is a plus if you have worked in any fast-paced industry including startups, consulting, etc.

- Self-motivated and willing to learn the ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.

- Strong communication skills and well-versed in English (spoken and written).

- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (required)

Working Policies

- We are not a 9-5 company so the work schedule will depend on the circumstances

- There might be a sudden unplanned meeting but it will depend on each party’s availability

- Resignation notice should be done at least 3 weeks before HR team with clear reasons, but for this role minimum 6 months commitment required
