Gues Relation Officer Jobs

We are looking for an enthusiastic Guest Relations Officer to provide an exceptional experience to our guests who visit our establishment. You should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a friendly personality that can make guests feel welcome and attended to.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and bid goodbye as they leave.
- Check guests in and out of the establishment in a timely and courteous manner.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints, and provide effective solutions for their needs.
- Coordinate with other team to ensure that guest requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
- Keep track of table availability and guest list.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer or a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills,
- Ability to work long hours, weekends and public holidays
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
- Ability to speak multiple languages desirable.
