In Industrial Relation Specialist you will responsible to:

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Support and manage employee relation program and activity to create a good working environment
• Provide suggestion to superior in any Industrial and Employee Case
• Manage administration related Employee and Industrial Relation
• Managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders
• Provide employee communication to build a healthy working relation
• Handle industrial relation case, investigate and resolve complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner
• Analyze root cause and propose improvement for decreasing Employee Turn Over Rate

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

• Age maximum 37 years old
• Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang
• Good knowledge in labor law
• Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably from Law
• Good communication and have a good work ethic
• Minimum 3 year experience in the same field
• High adaptability and fast learner

Plus point if you have:

• Fluent in English
• Excellence in Ms. Office
• Are good in delivering idea with a good presentation material
