Your role

• Drive high level discussions on the role of digital within the total marketing ecosystem
• Provide methodological support, coaching, professional development and training to staff
• Serve as thought leader in aligning digital marketing strategy with a client’s business goals and objectives
• Play an advisory role on client engagements, serving as a digital strategy advisor to both account leads (internal) and clients (external).
• Participate in evaluating the digital health of clients
• Drive the digital strategy for pitches and proposals

Your profile

• A self-driven decision maker
• In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and digital disciplines (including audience identification and analysis, targeting, experience design, digital production, and online analytics.)
• Strong analytical mindset and high affinity to numbers
• Experience in digital media planning is a plus
• Team player with the confidence and integrity to earn client and internal team confidence quickly
• +5 years’ experience from a professional service business, preferably within digital or strategic marketing. Agency or management consulting experience is a plus.
• Numerical skills: able to drive budget calculations and commercial pricing for proposals and billing
• Fluent in English is a must
• Strong people and client relationship skills
