Your Impact & Responsibilities


  • Manage End-user, Reseller & Distributors expectation and 24-hour respond time on inquiry (SLA)
  • Assists in the negotiation of maintenance agreements
  • Positively interacts and collaborates with Customers and Partners
  • Handles customer and partner inquiries related to quotes, pricing, co-terming, up-selling and reinstatement of maintenance contracts
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; building rapport, providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations
  • Work closely with the distributor, Account Manager, and Sales Engineers to ensure sales closure
  • Track and measure daily sales goals via Salesforce database
  • Outbound calls to existing customers for the purpose of selling renewal contracts, upsell & cross-selling
  • Responsible for providing adequate training to partners on the Renewals Tool and responsible for managing inquiries on renewals
  • Responsible for the renewal of customer maintenance contracts in assigned regions; this includes providing quotes to the assigned channel partners
  • Responsible for upselling customers and identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
  • Identifies and pursues maintenance reinstatement opportunities
  • Maintain CRM Hygiene on Pipeline updates, Account Information, and customer information.


Your Knowledge & Skills


  • Ability to articulate the product’s different features, and answer any questions customers might have
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and/or Bahasa Melayu as the role will be reaching out to Bahasa-speaking customers and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, upbeat, organized and highly persistent in follow-ups
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred
  • Punctual, reliable, and strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, team player, open to changes in responsibilities and strategies
  • Strong time management skills and closing sales skills
  • No experience or have at least 2 years of sales experience in the IT industry.
