Job Description

We are coal mining company (IUP-OP) are searching qualified candidates that meet with our qualification to be a part of our dynamic team as follow:

Urgenty required for the position as follow:

1.Senior Mining Engineer (Supervisory/Superintendent Level)

Main Duties:

·assessing the feasibility and the potential for commercial benefit of new PIT

·ascertaining extraction risks

·producing models or plans for possible mining sites

·planning and implementing mining systems

·using specialist computer applications to maximize planning and production

·monitoring and evaluating PIT performance

·Support and co-work with Civil Engineer for managing construction projects

·ensuring that operations comply with health and safety requirements

·making sure that the equipment used is safe

·managing budgets

·training and supervising staff

·liaising with and advising managerial and technical staff

·analysing data

·keeping records

·costing and organizing supplies.

Requirenment:

·degree in mining engineering/geology

·at least 5 years experience as Senior Mining Engineer

·Good communication verbal and written (Bahasa and English)

·Good and systematic for writing report

·Well computerize and mining application software, IT skills

·Independence but have team working skills

·strong technical skills

·Willing to be placed in East Kalimantan, Kutai kartanegara – Kembang Janggut.

2.HSE Superintendent/ Manager

Main Duties :

·Perform Hazard Identification and Risk Determination Control (HIRADC) for all work sites.

·Responsible for mining procedures, and HSE procedures.

·Create JSA (Occupational Safety Analysis) for all work areas

·Ensure all employees comply with all regulations

·Supervise, train and motivate subordinates to achieve good performance and competitive skills and safety knowledge regularly (weekly and monthly)

·Coordinate with HR Site and other departments on safety issues, safety audits or inspection findings, review and follow-up and analysis of periodic medical examinations to prevent or minimize accidents

·Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE programs, procedures and standards and recommend modifications needed to achieve cost-effective results

·Ensure all documents related to Quality Management System & HSE for external parties are available and updated as company needed.

·Responsibility for communicating with government and other agencies to coordinate and deal with external issues

Requirements :

·Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in engineering/technical and preferably Risk Management, mine engineering, or K3 Safety.

·Having at least 5 year(s) working experience in the related field as Superintendent.

·Have a certificate of K3 or K3 Coal Mining.

·Good in English both orally and writing

·Having knowledge and mastery of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system would be advantageous.

·Having sharp analytical skills, Able to communicate well with every employee, Physically and mentally healthy.

·Understand the Environmental Management System, Occupational Health and Safety (SMK3 and SMKP).

·Willing to be placed in East Kalimantan, Kutai kartanegara – Kembang Janggut.

3.Civil Engineer

Main Duties:

·Estimate detailed quantities of inputs and prices for new works/project, feasibility studies and formal tenders, and suggest innovative cost-effective construction solutions at site area.

·Analyze construction documents and drawings to prepare cost estimates, budgets and programs under management guidance.

·Assist, involve, or monitor for tendering competitions, evaluating bids, negotiating variations and remedial works/project at site area.

·Prepare construction progress schedules, budgets and cash-flow forecasts

·Analyze records of past construction work, the materials and equipment used and the outcomes produced and store in a database for future reference

·Develop a personal network of practitioners who can provide advice when required

·Play a leading role in controlling future construction costs at all stages of the mining life cycle

·May negotiate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to reduce costs, improve quality and finalize contracts

Requirements :

·Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Construction engineering

·Having at least 5 year(s) working experience in the related field as Jr./Sr. Civil Engineer ( Construction Engineer).

·Have a certificate of K3 or K3 Coal Mining.

·Good in English both orally and writing

·Having knowledge and mastery of the ISO of quality management system would be advantageous.

·Having sharp analytical skills, Able to communicate well with every employee, Physically and mentally healthy.

·Understand the Environmental Management System, Occupational Health and Safety (SMK3 and SMKP).

·Willing to be placed in East Kalimantan, Kutai kartanegara – Kembang Janggut.

4.HR Sr. Officer (Sr. Supervisor)

Main Duties:

·Take a lead and Act for all activities and responsibilities for HR aspect at site mining area.

·Provide and support in giving suggestion to HR Group Dept. Head in head office to create good working culture at site.

·Responsible to organize, planning and manage massive recruitment at site mining to ensure the fulfillment of the manpower needs of the mine site operation and able to combine local and non-local source within the recruitment process based on requirement and skill needed.

·Manage the HR data and ensure that employee data is accurate and up-to-date including the accuracy of raw data for payroll every month.

·Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure that the company has a pipeline of talent to fill key roles.

·Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for site mining area that align with the company's culture and values.

·Monitor HR trends and best practices and make recommendations to HR group Dept. Head and or Senior Management on how to improve the company's HR practices at site.

·Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that HR is seen as a strategic partner to the business.

·Manage HR audits and compliance reviews to ensure that the company is in compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

·Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies that promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.

·Oversee the development, organizing and implementation of training programs for employees at site mining area, including health and safety training, technical skills training, and leadership development.

§Couching and counseling to employee to keep-up employee motivation and to avoid and resolve all employment issues potential to de-motivation of employee.

§Bridge between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

§Responsible to prepare monthly budget for employment, such as recruitment cost, ticketing, etc.

Requirement:

• At least 7+ years of HR supervisory experience in a complex mining industry/company, with a demonstrated track record of success.

• Experience developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that align with business objectives.

• Experience managing talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits (payroll), employee relations, and compliance programs is preferred.

• Experience managing budgets and expenses related to HR functions.

• Experience working with senior management and department heads to develop and execute HR programs and initiatives.

• Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

• Strong personal character such as firm, mature, independence, persuasive, aspirative, and target oriented.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to resolve complex employee relations issues.

• Proficiency with HR technology and systems, including HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including federal and state labor laws, EEO laws, and occupational health and safety regulations.

• Knowledge of best practices in HR management, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance.

• Knowledge of the mining industry, including the technical skills required for mining operationsas required is preferred.
