Responsibilities

• Review and provide feedback on mentees' projects, designs, and architectural decisions.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages open dialogue and knowledge sharing.
• Assist mentees in identifying and setting clear learning goals related to system architecture.
• Guide mentees in understanding the fundamentals of system architecture, design principles, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a System Architect with a strong track record of designing and architecting complex software systems.
• In-depth knowledge of architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Passion for education, learning, and helping others succeed in their careers.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
