Collections Specialist Jobs

Qualifications :

• Understanding the behavior and habits of customers in the heavy equipment industry.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and databases is required.
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing (ability to communicate in Mandarin will be preferred).
• Has previous experience working as a Collection Specialist in banking or leasing companies.
• Possesses skills in negotiation and problem-solving.
• Preferable if you have prior experience in handling heavy equipment products and interacting with customers.

Duties and responsibilities :

• Confirm the background and creditworthiness of the prospective buyer.
• Determine the client's social behavior and other business aspects during a visit.
• Following up with borrowers to ensure that payments are made on time.
• Search for clients who have missed their payment deadlines and contact them to inquire about their payments.
• Take actions to encourage timely debt payment.
• Managing borrowers and ensuring timely payment of invoices related to financing.
