Progress Advisor Jobs

What Exactly Will You be Doing?

You will be responsible for re-selling EF courses and generating referrals by building long-term relationships with customers, timely communicating about students' study progress, resolving any emergent concerns or questions and ensuring that customers' needs are met.

· Building trust relationship with students and their parents

· Re-selling core courses to customers

· Daily communicating with customers about their concerns and questions

· Generating referrals

· Updating customers on students' progress, assigned homework and covered in class

· Consistently informing customers about all important information and changes

· Preparing and delivering parent-facing events following suggested framework

· Recording all the necessary group-, student- and parent- management operations using CRM system

· Observing lessons to better understand students' performance, share with their parents

What are the basic requirements?

· Love children and care about their growth

· Service mindset: treating each customer the way you want to be treated

· Good emotion and stress control

· Excellent self-learning ability

· Can-do attitude, emotional intelligent and passion

· Sales ability: delivering effective sales pitch & closing deals

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

· Good planning and organizing ability, work flexible and able to deal with uncertainties

· Ability to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)

· Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Other Requirements

· Background in Education or English majors are preferred

· Preferably living around Jakarta or Depok area

· To be placed either in EF Taman Mini, EF Permata Hijau, EF Depok (please stated in your application which centre you prefer).
