Conduct The Study Related With Capacity Planning (if Any, Depend On Management Request)

Maintain Non-technical Standard In Twisting, Weaving, And Dipping.

Maintain Twisting Color Inventory And Its Usage.

Maintain Update Of WSD Of IE Department.

Control Twisting, Weaving, And Dipping Waste.

Establish Capacity Planning And Budgeting.

Control and reduce actual time cost by optimize IDL manpower resource, loss time, and extra time management.

Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Process Designing, Project Management, and Business Process Improvement and Innovation;

At least 1 year working experience in Manufacturing field, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

What Exactly Will You be Doing?

Good knowledge of interpreting engineering drawing is a must.

Minimum of 2 years' work experience in progress billing for Steel Structure, Mechanical, and Piping works.

Good analytical and communication skills are a must.

Monitoring and controlling the quantity produced and progress achievement.

Calculate the progress claim and all variation orders (additional, alterations, and omission works) and prepare the backup data for the claim.

Coordination with Engineering to implement progress control and ensure progress calculations are ready for claim and billing to the Client.

Promoting local management awareness and commitment related to continuous Improvement throughout the organization

Mentoring and coaching teams in proper performance management to achieve operational excellence and drive business results

Good to have certification in ISO auditor, Green belt, lean sigma, kaizen, TPM experience in ISO certification process

Proficiency in the use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD skills required

Supporting the deployment of a common approach for continuous improvement and strategy deployment

Assisting the organization by providing training and coaching to create continuous Improvement teams that are sustainably staffed and developed

2+ years of working experience in Manufacturing industry.

Demonstrate an understanding and adherence to all work safety policies, procedures, and governing requirements

Strong technical knowledge in Industrial Refrigeration (Ammonia)

Fluent in English with good communication skills

Knowledge in IRF / HVAC&R applications, heat exchanges, and other controls and systems

Support SEA Countries (Malaysia/ Indonesia/ Thailand/ Vietnam/ Indonesia/ Philippines) for IRF Application Engineer (Ammonia)

Support technical support on system design, solution consultation, technical trouble shooting, technical training, and service network development.
