Recruitment Advisor

1. Developing new business by searching new clients for using recruitment service and building a strong relationship with the existing one.

2. Independently conduct an end-to-end business and the recruitment process.

3. Prospect new clients and maintain relation with existing clients.

4. Identify and verify candidates through the system.

5. Communicate and negotiate with clients before and after sales activities.

6. Other jobs related this position will be assigned by Superiors.
