Shopkeeper Pic Jobs

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated PIC to help the Assistant Store Manager to manage our retail store. A team member who is friendly, energetic, and shines bright in the midst of the store. A person who is passionate about retail and the Korean Pop industry, very helpful, knows about Visual Merchandise, and reporting (ex. sales report), and is willing to collaborate with the KWANGYA @JAKARTA team.

Responsibilities

●Helping Assistant Store Manager related to any kind of retail reports.

●Display and organize products in a store for the customers to locate easily including the visual report.

●Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, and shelf stockers.

●Greet, interact, and monitor customers.

●Receive customers and assist them with the selection of merchandise.

●Help customers with billing and payment processes at the store's counter.

●Maintain the outlook of the store by dusting, cleaning, and restocking merchandise on the shelves.

●Performs other related duties as requested.

Requirements

●A bachelor's degree in business administration, financial management, or equivalent qualification is preferred.

●Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

●Excellent customer service skills.

●Minimum 1-year experience in Retail Industry as a Shopkeeper PIC.

●Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. PowerPoint), and Google Sheets basic formulas, and basic administration.

●Can operate POS system.

●Detail-oriented.

●Ability to work flexible hours.
