:

• Manage livestreaming logistics, including scheduling, rehearsals, and troubleshooting technical issues during broadcasts to minimize disruptions and ensure a seamless viewer experience.
• Collaborate with hosts, guests, and presenters to provide guidance and support during livestreams, ensuring they are comfortable and familiar with the equipment and livestreaming process.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content creation teams to plan and execute livestreaming events, product launches, tutorials, and other promotional activities.
• Monitor livestreaming feeds in real-time, ensuring optimal audio and video quality, adjusting settings as needed to maintain a high standard of production.
• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure proper branding and visual elements are integrated into the livestream, maintaining brand consistency and messaging.
• Implement engaging visual and audio cues, graphics, and transitions to enhance livestream content and maintain viewer engagement.
• Set up and operate livestreaming equipment and software, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and streaming platforms, to ensure smooth and professional livestream productions.
• Stay up-to-date with livestreaming trends, technologies, and best practices, making recommendations for improvements and incorporating innovative techniques to enhance livestream productions.

Qualifications:

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics, graphics, and transitions to enhance livestream content.
• Proven experience as a Livestreaming Operator or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your livestreaming projects and technical expertise.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve any issues that may arise during livestream productions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality livestreams with optimal audio and video quality.
• Ready to work On-Site, West Jakarta
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, hosts, guests, and presenters.
• Familiarity with livestreaming platforms such as YouTube Live, Facebook Live, or Twitch, and knowledge of their features and functionalities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing livestreaming requirements and schedules, including availability for evening and weekend livestream events as needed.
• Proficiency in operating livestreaming equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and streaming software/platforms.
