Host Livestream Trainer Jobs

:

• To organize annual regional motivation gathering for Host Livestream
• To contribute to Training projects, training needs, evaluation analysis, update of training programs, action plan on training and coaching
• To perform any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.
• To observe customer's behavior and interact with the Host Livestream and customers
• To coach the Host Livestream at POS (point of sales) to ensure the information on products is updated, body gesture, and public speaking are effectively carried out.
• To deliver induction and specific training to grow and develop the brand’s Host Livestream
• To deliver product training to Host Livestream in line with the sales cycles and training priorities.
• To develop and adapt training materials that align with company SOP and training needs analysis
• To develop and motivate Host Livestream through training and coaching
• To identify and provide feedback for future training needs.

Requirements:

• High level of competence in presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly driven, energetic, flexible and team spirited.
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Confidence in presenting and influencing at all levels
• Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities.
• Fluent in English
• Able to start work immediately
• Can follow WFO policy
• Minimum 3 years experience as Trainer in FMCG/Retail/Beauty company or related background
