Internship - Agency Events Comm

Responsibilities

• Support in organizing and managing events, seminars, press conferences and field visits if required
• Implement all reporting and communication work of the program
• Support to Create comm and event reporting dashboard for continuity monitoring:
• Perform any other duties assigned by Line Manager and project management unit as per need of the program
• Ensure that information and data from the field is captured, documented, analyzed and reported in a results-based and timely manner
• Provide through progress reporting continuous analysis of the achievements, facilitate project review, evaluation and audits
• Assist all components of the program in producing and documenting all kinds of program related reports including visibility material

Requirements

• Committed to do 1 month internship period
• Have interest in Social media, communications, events or related areas
• Willing to do WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week)
• Well versed in the latest digital publishing and graphics methods and or knowledge
• Creative Design knowledge & application will be an asset
• Fluent in both spoken and written Bahasa and English languages. Knowledge of local languages will be asset
• Well versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint in Bahasa and English typing
