Job Description

:

  • Documenting detail requirements from users and design solutions in business requirements documents (BRD)
  • Support closing finance accounting related problem in ERP system
  • Design process, feature, journal, report and integration to all back office systems
  • Perform internal testing related to enhancement or implementation all back office system
  • Analyze user requirements and mapping those analyzed requirements with system
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Ensure that all back office system running well
  • Provide all back office training to user
  • Create SOP related IT
  • Participate in requirement gathering/discuss with user related new product/improvement/enhancement/pain point in all back office system
  • Collaborating with integration solutions development teams in mapping integration from other system to ERP

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
  • Knowledge of ERP System preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm, strong sense of initiative and a desire to take ownership
