Corporate Funding Specialist Jobs

Funding Specialist 8 - 12 mil + commission (Total salary total up to 30mil)

The salary package for a position that includes a basic salary of 8-12 million IDR + commission + incentive. Monthly salary can be up to 20-30 million IDR.

Funding Specialist Responsibility

1.. At least 1 year of relevant experience preferably in Fundraising / Banking / Financial or Investment service sector. 2. Have own social network or connections and able to develop and maintain business relationships

3. Preferably able to start work immediately.

Funding Specialist Requirements

Investor Targeting and Relationship Building: Identifying and targeting potential investors,who are aligned with the company's industry, stage, and investment thesis. Building relationships with these investors through networking events, conferences, and one-on-one meetings to present the investment opportunity and address their inquiries. 2. Investor Presentations and Materials: Ensure that a well-prepared and compelling pitch deck, financial projections, and other relevant materials. Conduct through research on the investors you are targeting to understand their investment preferences, past investments, and areas of interest. Tailor your approach and messaging accordingly. 3. Investor Reporting: Maintaining regular communication with existing investors, providing updates on the company's progress, financial performance,key milestones and provide feedback to senior management. 4. Closing the Deal: Once all parties are satisfied with the terms, finalize the deal by signing the investment agreement and other relevant legal documents. Ensure that the closing process follows legal and regulatory requirements, and seek guidance from senior management as needed.
