Funding Corporate Relationship Manager

:

1.Financial Accountability

• Making new customer acquisition process by: creating prospect lists, contacting prospective customers and making direct visits to prospective customers, both from Walk in customers and from referrals.
• Cross selling of other products to existing customers.
• Continuously benchmark against other banks regarding interest rates on current accounts, deposits and programs.
• Maintain good relationship with existing customers.
• Making planning, Daily Sales Activity (DSA) and completing the Log Book.
• Constantly monitoring market conditions (market intelligence) that affect Allo Bank's funding products.
• Building customer trust by identifying needs, providing advice and solutions to customer needs.

2.Operational Accountability

• Making personal approach to customers such as client visits/entertainment on an ongoing basis to retain/new customers.
• Planning and marketing based on target clients
• Exploring information both through personal approach, print media, electronics, and through a wide network to get prospective customers.

3. Service Accountability

• Receive customer requests/complaints, especially customers who are his/her responsibility and resolve the complaint within the limits of his/her authority or forward it to the relevant unit in accordance with the system to be resolved and follow up on the resolution.
• Learn and implement knowledge of Allo Bank products and services, so as to assist the work process and provide appropriate information to customers, to avoid misinformation.

• Requirement :
• Minimum S1 all majors
• Sales liabilities product experience min. 3 yrs
• Target Orientation
• Banking experience min 3 yrs, especially in Corporate Funding.
• Have good networking with customers, Selling Skill
