Corporate Planning Specialist Jobs

Job Summary

We're looking for a Corporate Planning Specialist to formulate the company's vision and roadmap through in-depth discussions and exploration of market insight. Cascading strategic goals, KPIs and initiatives from the corporate level to the departmental level.

Job responsibility but not limited to:

• Formulate planning cycles, & analyze impact on the company's sustainability in the short, medium and long term

• Create corporate strategy map using the principle of a balanced scorecard.

• Recommend indicators for measuring success in the form of KPIs for each of the company's strategic goals

• Directing Divisions, Groups and Departments in formulating Functional Strategy Maps, KPIs and strategic initiatives that will be implemented so that they are aligned with company goals

• Conducting cross-functional discussions to avoid any obstacles in the implementation of the company's strategy

• Provide support and solutions for every challenge from the strategy being implemented

• Monitor and evaluate the progress of the implementation of the company's strategy

• Recommend changes to strategy based on evaluation results

Job Qualification

• Have Certified Strategy Execution Professional (CSEP) will be an advantage
• Detailed Oriented
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Good English proficiency both verbal and written
