• Candidate must possess at least min. Bachelor Degree

• Fluent in English, Verbally & Written

• Able to work under pressure, work individual and team

• Honest, Discipline, and Hard worker

• Good operating computer’s system, such as : Word & Excel Program, Power Point & Internet

4.Understanding of liability management of IT assets and products will be an asset.

2.Modeling proven experience in Microsoft Excel.

3.Demonstrated experience in interpreting financial statements and Budget Control

7.Experience with Budgeting Control and IT systems is a plus

Have Certified Strategy Execution Professional (CSEP) will be an advantage

Job responsibility but not limited to:

• Create corporate strategy map using the principle of a balanced scorecard.

Monitoring the Budget, conducting Operational and Financial Analysis also providing input for management;

Min. 2-3 years of experience in FP&A / Analytics / Finance related areas;

Good communication skill both written & spoken;

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in team;

Experience using SAP is a strong plus.

Supporting Corporate Project Actions (example: Loan Projects, Mergers and Acquisitions, Due Diligence, etc.);

Expertise in operation management, customer service management, Indonesian Hospital government regulation and accreditation requirements.

Minimum bachelor’s in Management / Business / Engineering / Medicine. MBA is preferred.

Peran aktif sebagai Relationship Management antara Finance Group dan Segment/Support Group.

Minimum pengalaman 3 tahun di bidang Financial & Strategic Planning atau Performance Management.

Melakukan perumusan Corporate Plan, Rencana Bisnis Bank, Annual Operation Plan dan laporan kinerja ke Manajemen serta Regulator.

Perumusan dan penyusunan laporan realisasi KPI.

Melakukan pemantauan dan analisa terhadap perkembangan industri perbankan dan kompetitor.

Mampu berbahasa Inggris dengan baik (lisan maupun tulisan).
