Corporate Financial Planning & Business Analyst Supervisor

Duties:

• Supporting Corporate Project Actions (example: Loan Projects, Mergers and Acquisitions, Due Diligence, etc.);
• Preparing the Financial Model and Business Plan;
• Examining the consolidated financial statements and reports to external parties related to financial responsibilities. e.g.: monthly progress reports to banks, Financial Covenants, KJPP & etc.;
• Assisting the company's reporting obligations to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and/or the Financial Services Authority (OJK) including Quarterly Consolidated Financial Statements – duties of the Corporate Secretary.
• Monitoring the Budget, conducting Operational and Financial Analysis also providing input for management;
• Providing monthly consolidated financial deliverables for parent company;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree of accounting or business major;
2. Min. 2-3 years of experience in FP&A / Analytics / Finance related areas;
3. Good in analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and pay attention to details of the problems;
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.);
5. Good communication skill both written & spoken;
6. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in team;
7. Able to learn independently and quickly;
8. Experience using SAP is a strong plus.
