s :

• Assisting the FP&A Manager in the preparation of the annual budget by collaborating with department heads and executives.
• Scrutinize budget proposals and Conduct variance analysis to understand differences between budgeted and actual figures.
• Design user-friendly and informative dashboards that present data clearly and efficiently.
• Look over pre-existing and past budgets per division cost
• Identify inefficiencies or problem areas to be improved
• Perform ad-hoc analyses for and/or provide information to and advise; as appropriate, including key operating issues within the discipline.
• Provide routine division cost reports (Cost Actual) for all divisions and compare to the budget Collate, analyze, and interpret data to develop a snapshot of existing financial operations
• Responsible for supporting the Finance Teams for any reporting and analysis request for Ownership groups.

Job Qualifications :

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and data visualization skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change,
• Effective in prioritizing and managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
• Comfortable working with and interpreting a wide range of accounting numbers and financial data.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently, Relationship builder; networker and
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, Strong understanding of financial and accounting metrics.
• BS/BA in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years relevant accounting/finance experience
