Responsibilities:

• Product Realization: Once product planning is approved, spearhead the project to bring the product to life. Collaborate with various departments like R&D, Production Engineering, Purchasing, Costing, Quality Control, and Marketing to ensure smooth product development and launch. This also includes post-launch monitoring and feedback implementation.
• Product Development: Oversee the planning of Ready-to-Eat food products, particularly frozen foods, ensuring alignment with customer preferences and our unique selling propositions.
• Market Research: Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research, including fieldwork, competitor analysis, and international case studies to identify market gaps and opportunities.
• Product Conceptualization: Define product concepts based on customer needs and our strengths, encompassing target demographics, benefits, features, and pricing strategy. Analyze potential market opportunities for these concepts.
• Internal Analysis: Undertake an in-depth study of our core strengths, particularly focusing on R&D and production capabilities.

Job Requirements:

• Stellar communication skills paired with logical thinking, empathy, and a genuine passion for food and customer satisfaction.
• Experience or familiarity with recipe development is advantageous.
• 1+ years experience in Product Planning, preferably within the Food Manufacturing industry.
• Must hold an bachelor degree or higher in Food Technology.
• Preference for female candidates.
