Sales Supervisor (Food Ingredient Dept.)

About The Job

Talentvis Indonesia is hiring for a full-time Sales Supervisor (Food Ingredient Dept.) role for our client, a Chemical Manufacturing company for placement in Jakarta with a Full Remote Working arrangement (WFH).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Malaysia and HQ team members including constantly feedback surveys, monitoring market trends, competition's products/pricing info, customer preferences, identifying new products/target customers and action plans to generate product demand.
• Visit and establish productive, professional relationships with target key customers - Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs constantly.
• Identify & develop New customers/business partners, and build stable sales platform that is profitable and sustainable long-term growth potential for local business.
• Coordinate marketing and sales activities including sales visit, exhibition participation, visit with Team manager or Sales Director
• Meet sales targets (KPIs) set by the company.
• Provide support and after-sales services (problem resolution, expert advice, consultancy, strengthening customer relationship).
• Responsible for complete sales cycle activities with team members (client prospecting, product presentation, sampling, pricing, payment collection, sales support, market planning, and reporting)

Qualifications

• Have owned car and willing to travel to all regions in Indonesia if needed
• Good presentation, strong communication, aggressive salesperson character, and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
• Candidate willing to work from home and report to Company at Malaysia.
• Reporting to Sales Director / General Manager (Malaysia)
• Other required language(s): English (must have) and Mandarin - able to communicate (a plus)
• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or equivalent
• At least 3 - 5 years (s) of working experience in manufacture sales/distribution in the Food Ingredient raw materials industry with a proven track record
• Highly motivated, self-starter and passionate towards the ingredients business. - Knowledge in MS Office
• Candidates without a relevant bachelor’s degree but with the same industry/position and business development/ sales experience can be considered.
