AIA currently is hiring for Claim Analyst role with below details responsibilities & role:

Key responsibilities:

• Monitoring performance reimburse process internal by create solution to minimize repetitive error or any delayed process.
• Ensure End to End Major claim process have good quality and valid as our policy provision.
• Involved as a member of product development team to ensure the benefit in the policy provision can be implemented in the claim process.
• Analysis whole documents to make sure efficiency & effectiveness of pending claim.
• Cooperate with Corporate Solution team related claim EB Major.
• Create/Provide Report Claim EB Major.
• Verify and analyze whole document claim (including claims that have been process by TPA) before refer claim to Investigator and make sure indication for claim investigation is needed.
• Minimize complaint and increase customer satisfaction
• Creating Correspondence Letter such as Return, Reminder, Patient Letter and Decline letter by manual to PIC Client/ Corporate Solution.
• Maintain and ensure SLA process achieved.
• Involved as a member of product development team to ensure the benefit in the policy provision can be implemented in the claim process
• Cooperate with other department needed such as : Underwriting Dept related cases with PEC / NDC, Legal Depart, POS, etc that’s found at internal claim process.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree with good knowledge in Insurance principal and medical
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Able to work under pressure, good leader ship, good communication
• Have a good knowledge in system, claim process, Insurance Principal and AIA policy provision
• Good leadership and decision making skill
