Job Description
carries out improvement and innovation initiatives needed in Health Business, starting from analyze business conditions, propose business development, implementation and evaluation involving various internal and external parties of the company. Health Business Analyst also running Medcare (Garda Medika Application) and Wellness Programs in order to achieve predetermined business targets.


  • Coordinating the development of Medcare features, monitoring complaints, and conducting periodic monitoring and evaluation of Medcare implementation
  • Propose and implement programs/activities/content on the Medcare application
  • Develop, execute, and lead the development of Health Business projects
  • Advice, evaluate, and implement health business development
  • Analyze health business conditions, propose, and implement the improvement based on the business conditions and digital trend


Minimum Qualifications


  • Analysis Thinking
  • Bachelor's degree (S1)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the related field
  • Have insight or understand the field of insurance
  • Creative Thinking (thinking creatively or having lots of ideas related to digital business development and applications)
  • Self-Driven
  • Accustomed to working with or understanding Mekari Talenta and Human Resources (HR) & employee benefits applications
  • Understand and have extensive knowledge in the health and digital fields or in related fields
