Sales Manager - Industrial Packaging

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Achieve team yearly target
• Motivate and support sales team to achieve set goals.
• Present periodic reports on sales operations
• Supervising sales teams (5 to 6 person) to direct their operations and supporting them through the process of target realization
• Responsible for achievement of company core product budget on sales team that had been set
• Monitoring performance of sales team on their area and providing coaching to address employee inability.
• Develop and implement standards operation procedure to increase productivity, customer-service and quality of service.
• Analyze and interpret sales records and customer accounts to fill in the gap of risk management for outstanding payment.
• Prepare and submit annual budgets on their area to company executives for approval
• Build and maintain good working relationship with clients to create an atmosphere that fosters sales.
• Conduct analysis and survey of sales territories to make an adjustment where necessary, assigning sales territories and quota to sales team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

• Exp. in industrial sales (selling to factories or B2B) and if possible have experience in selling equipment (packaging machines, such as wrapping machines, etc.) not just selling material only experience in selling fast moving product which is material packaging, such as: stretch film, shrink film, etc.
• Ability to communicate well with customer, have good customer relations
• Have experience in industrial fields, especially in packaging industry will be an advantages
• Have experience in managing sales team or team lead at least 3 to 5 years, and experience in sales area for at least 5 years
• Minimum bachelor degree in any field
• English is a MUST and if able to speak Mandarin will be an advantages
• Market sensitive
