Packaging Designer Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Research and develop ideas for new and upcoming products
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve the design process and product quality.
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to make sure everything is going according to plan
• Conduct user research, analyze user feedback and data to identify user needs and preferences, and translate them into design solutions.
• Propose creative ideas and make new concepts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement design solutions that meet business and user needs.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
• Align with the other team to create the best product packaging
• Design and develop engaging product packaging to attract new customers.
• Do research on competitor's packaging of their products

Requirements:

• Able to catch up with the rapid changes within the organization
• Excellent attention to details
• Have good taste in design and color palette
• Able to do WFO at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
• Adapt easily and able to blend with the team
• Reacts wisely and quickly when something happens
• Fluent in English is a MUST
• Bachelor's Degree in any major from high reputation university is preferred
• Proficient to use Adobe Photoshop and graphic designing
