Job Description
Overview


  • Work with category team for future local relevant PKG innovations.
  • Responsible for leading packaging development of projects and driving Faster /Stronger/Better initiatives for Indonesia Foods
  • Execute PKG line trials/ tests at factory and/or supplier site, and work closely with other R&D, cross function team to ensure on time in full project delivery
  • Interact with GP and local suppliers to co-drive long term Pkg innovation, Productivity and sustainability initiatives


Responsibilities


  • Lead Local Deployment of the sustainable films for Indonesia snack and support for the PKG RCBR by design for 2025, 2030
  • Collaborate with GP to deliver pkg productivity AOP and co-work with suppliers to drive long term productivity agenda
  • Lead Packaging development for Indonesia Re-entry project to ensure an on-time project delivery
  • Co-work with product development team and local brand team to drive innovation AOP agenda for Indonesia foods and build up pkg hopper for long term innovation
  • Qualify newly introduced suppliers to meet PEP performance requirement and quality standards
  • Lead the pkg qualification trials and test locally
  • Timely provide technical solutions to deliver Brand Stewardship & Customization activities
  • Issue the packaging specifications, FGs standard and technical documentations


Qualifications


  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in flexible packaging or Foods manufactory industries (preferred working in R&D) with materials, formats, processes, packaging requirements, testing, and standards
  • Possess excellent communication skill
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Strong at project management, have proven excellent executional ability to drive projects from concept to commercialization within timeline and budget
  • Competent at working with working software CAD, Tops, Minitab is preferred
  • Bachelor degree and above in Polymer Science, polymer materials, Packaging Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related major
  • Strong inter-personal communication skills, good pressure management skills
  • Possess established R&D mindset and build-in methodology, with lean 6-sigma methodology is a plus
  • Be creative, open-minded, quick learner
  • Have positive and forward thinking, is a self-starter
  • Strong at build up the relationship and connect with cross function team and key stakeholders locally.
