Minimum Bachelor Degree in engineering background is preferable

Having own Vehicle and Domiciled in East Java / Surabaya

Analyze and interpret sales records and customer accounts to fill in the gap of risk management for outstanding payment.

Have experience in industrial fields, especially in packaging industry will be an advantages

experience in selling equipment (packaging machines, such as wrapping machines, etc.)

experience in selling fast moving product which is material packaging, such as: stretch film, shrink film, etc.

Have experience in managing sales team or team lead at least 3 to 5 years

Experienced in selling Food Ingredient / Chemical in B2B Market with minimum 6 years of work

Defend and grow existing revenue streams through excellent account management to build long term relationships.

Build strong internal relationships by working with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Customer Service to drive business objectives.

Regular maintenance of accurate customer records and opportunity management in CRM.

Attend trainings and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.

Effective use of questioning and listening techniques to understand the customer's application requirements to maximize cross selling of full product ranges.

strong experience and clear track record in catalogue selling for industrial components

Minimum degree: Bachelor Degree (S1). Fresh graduate are welcome, 1-2 years experience will be prioritize;

Major: Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

Able to operating Ms. Office;

Able to work alone or part of a team, meticulous, eager to learn;

Good communication in English (speaking and writing);

Preferably domicile in Central Java;

Support asset management ensuring receivables are in accordance to agreed terms and conditions

Prior sales experience working with contractors within the refrigeration or similar market segments

Basic knowledge in HVAC and refrigeration applications

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Cooperative and excellent interpersonal skills
