Responsibilities

• [Priority] Understand client objectives and KPI’s to skillfully identify potential upsells, and successfully increase campaign budgets.
• Collaborate interdepartmentally to propose creative campaigns that align with the company’s vision and targets
• Ideate and suggest creative influencer marketing campaigns, based on client marketing objectives.
• Plan/Initiate and collaborate new campaigns in an ever evolving industry
• Envision creative marketing campaigns for clients, and successfully convey it to both clients and their own team members.
• Understand fully the campaign execution process to skillfully review and approve campaigns
• Strategically allocate and work with client campaign budgets
• Leading the creative team and overseeing the performance.
• [Priority] Support the sales targets by working closely in client projects to continuously increase the quality and average campaign budget size

Qualifications

• Self-driven to reach company targets and capitalizes on all opportunities
• Able to propose and approve campaigns with a strong understanding of how it can be successfully executed
• Neat and Detail-orientated with a sharp eye for grammatical errors, logical fallacies and mathematical (budgeting) errors.
• A team player who is able to work under pressure to deliver and adhere to tight deadlines
• An organized creator that can translate difficult campaigns into easily understood briefs
• Skilfully identify campaigns with potential of upselling, and can share their vision successfully to clients
• Able to decipher marketing speak and turn marketing jargons into consumer-friendly sentences.
• An organized leader with a vision that can set their own milestones and support others to follow through
• An eye for identifying exciting new opportunities to optimize resources and create new boundaries
• Loves technology and all things influencer/digital – with a passion for creation and to follow new trends and features
• A positive and collaborative attitude to work with numerous departments and clients
• Proficient in English
