Min. S1 graduate from a reputable university with a major in Marketing Communication/Business Management/Information Systems/Technology/ICT

Excellent skills and knowledge of prioritization, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, & continual improvement

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or equivalent.

Manage cross-team communication and alignment to ensure the marketing plan with partner run smoothly

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Identify structure, negotiate, and establish financial services strategy within Allo Bank and its ecosystem partners

Develop and build business commercial terms

Participate in product roadmap discussion with functional lead, product, and engineering team.

4. Understanding of liability management of IT assets and products will be an asset.

2. Modeling proven experience in Microsoft Excel.

3. Demonstrated experience in interpreting financial statements and Budget Control

7. Experience with Budgeting Control and IT systems is a plus

2. Conduct end-to-end strategic planning process and manage execution effectively

5. Proficient in English (written and verbal)

Bachelor degree with a background in Business Management, Finance, Operations, or Engineering.

Min. 2-3 years experience in the logistics and/or supply chain related business solutions or continuous improvements.

Excellent written and oral communication skills (English fluency is required).

Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.

Produces a proposal for customers, consists of process design, layout, cost/pricing, and timeline design on a timely manner (meets deadlines).

Working side by side with Commercial team, Operations and other related stakeholders to develop strategic pricing.

1 – 2 years of experience in banking and is familiar with payment business ecosystem (e.g., QRIS, debit card, etc.)

Establish and execute departmental/organizational goals, strategies, policies, procedures.

Overseeing the payment business performance and communicating the result to stakeholders

Identify performance improvement opportunities and liaise with related parties for further implementation.

Responsible for the development and implementation ofperformance metrics/KPI to improve business operational efficiency.

Create dashboard for performance monitoring.

Having a minimum 1-year experience in business planning/financial forecasting

Experience working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment

A team player, a fast learner, and have good communication skills

Creating financial business planning (budget/forecast) for a certain period

Ensure all assumptions have been factored into the planning method

Ensure that performance monitoring reports and achievement of the company's financial targets are accurate and available on a predetermined timeline

Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable university

Have 1-3 years experienced in related field

Have financial model experience will be advantage.

Excellent in analytical skills and communication.

Have knowledge in Retail or FMCG will be advantage.

Strong communication and good team player.
