Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Overseeing the payment business performance and communicating the result to stakeholders
  • Establish and execute departmental/organizational goals, strategies, policies, procedures.
  • Responsible for developing business presentations forstakeholders.
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities and liaise with related parties for further implementation.
  • Create dashboard for performance monitoring.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation ofperformance metrics/KPI to improve business operational efficiency.
Requirements


  • 1 – 2 years of experience in banking and is familiar with payment business ecosystem (e.g., QRIS, debit card, etc.)
  • Ability to create in – depth, clear, and neat reports
  • Advanced data analysis capability and proficient in data analysis tools (Intermediate in excel and statistics is a must, experience in tableau and python are highly valued)
  • Fluent in Mandarin will be a plus
