Associate Business Planning – Business Excellence Jobs

Manages or executes agreed action plan and coordinates all activities to ensure business development measures or projects become a success.

Practical business development experience within the automotive and/or industrial goods industry over a minimum 5 years

Develops and implements business development strategies, for assigned (new) industries or future key customers, appliances or new regional or local markets.

Searches for, analyzes and compiles sources for market information to identify or address business development cases.

Creates future market scenarios and proposes options of responds to to cover strategic positioning and to address long-term profitability.

Presents findings to relevant stakeholders and eventually initiates business development activities, in cooperation with stakeholders in the business.

Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements.

Identify opportunities to offer additional financial products and services to clients, such as insurance or investment products.

Communicate lending decisions, terms, and conditions to clients, explaining any applicable fees or requirements.

An associate's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is typically required.

Excellent analytical skills to evaluate financial documents and make informed lending decisions.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues.

Technical skills and knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Macro, or any business process/projects management tools)

Excellent project and time management skills.

You have strong analytical skills and familiarity with business Process Improvement data management.

Experience in Warehouse Management Systems and Field Operations is a plus.

Provide management with insights and solutions on the logistic operation focusing on Logistic Network and Warehouse.

Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

Experience in building program/fundraising/business proposals

1 – 2 years of experience in banking and is familiar with payment business ecosystem (e.g., QRIS, debit card, etc.)

Establish and execute departmental/organizational goals, strategies, policies, procedures.

Overseeing the payment business performance and communicating the result to stakeholders

Identify performance improvement opportunities and liaise with related parties for further implementation.

Responsible for the development and implementation ofperformance metrics/KPI to improve business operational efficiency.

Create dashboard for performance monitoring.
