Apac Talent Resource Planning

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of the leading global management consulting. Our client is looking for APAC Talent Resource Planning who will be assisting the firm in staffing, people deployment, and resource management across six offices in Southeast Asia (SEA).

:

• Be a thought partner to case leadership and consulting teams to balance the needs of the firm's people, clients, and the business, with preferences noted and honored wherever possible to achieve optimum deployment of consultants to projects
• Lead a team of staffing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Set clear expectations, define team goals, and ensure effective collaboration and communication.
• Develop and implement staffing strategies to support the firm's growth objectives and project demands. This includes (but not limited to) identifying project requirements, client needs, resource availability as well as individual preferences to determine the optimal allocation of staff members
• Provide awareness of leads, proposals, cases, and firm priorities for the purpose of making effective staffing decisions, optimizing billability, and balancing supply and demand to SEA leadership through regular sharing of reports and dashboards
• Develop staffing-specific initiatives and be responsible for successful implementation of the initiatives across SEA.
• Support case leadership on staffing priorities in SEA (e.g., for campaign and investment clients). This includes engaging with case leadership on upcoming staffing opportunities, business development requirements and investments

About you:

• Must be coming from Consulting background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders and partners
• Minimum 9+ years of experience in staffing, resource management, people deployment & mobility.
