Having experience in Life insurance company is preferred or Consulting with life insurance exposure

Perform functional test & integration test with other business applications

Minimum 2 years experience in IT Sales, especially as software sales.

Good in negotiation skill and presentation skill.

Sells product/platform application BOSNET to clients.

Develop network and customer base.

Identify and ensure customer retention needs.

Enquiry customers feedback for product improvement.

Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.

Present sales, revenue, and expense reports to the management team.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, management, or related field.

Have 3 years of experience as a Business Manager in an IT Solution Company.

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring the sales team.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant/Project Management/Business Analyst or relevant role especially in the banking industry

Ensure project management standards are being executed across the IT project portfolio

Collaborate constantly with the senior management team and external parties to ensure alignment on goals

Competent in project change management

Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure that software meets functional requirements

Berpengalaman Sebagai IT/MIS Manager atau di bidang yang sama minimal 3 tahun.

Pendidikan Akhir Min. S1 Jurusan Matematika, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Informatika, Ekonomi, atau Informatika.

Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik, kepemimpinan, sangat baik dalam eksekusi, komunikatif dan kolaboratif.

Pengetahuan yang tinggi tentang teknis Sistem Manajemen Distributor atau Otomatisasi Tenaga Penjualan lainnya.

Memahami tentang hardware, software, firewall, dan security system.

Memiliki pengetahuan alur proses penjualan, pembukuan, reporting.

Minimum 1-year experience as IT Business Analyst / Business Alliance (internship experiences are welcome)

Good communication and presentation skills

Act as a single Point-of-Contact for users and stakeholders related to internal demands for system development in KB Bukopin

Coordinate with users and stakeholders in gathering information in order to understand business needs and assess impacts

Develop BRD and monitor UAT

Experienced as IT Business Analyst, Project Manager, or System Analyst for minimum 5 years in banking industry.

Mandatory Experience in handling Treasury Project in financial industry.

Implement effective communication with related stakeholder to ensure the project executed well.

Identify and allocate the resource needed so the project can be executed optimally.

Regularly giving an updated report about the ongoing project to related stakeholder.

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related major.

Melakukan kegiatan Pre Sales, Sales, dan After Sales

Menjalin kemitraan strategis dengan berbagai pihak seperti vendor, principal dan mitra implementor.

Membangun dan menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dengan klien dan mitra strategis

Menyusun laporan secara berkala untuk aktivitas dan evaluasi yang dilakukan kepada Atasan.

Berperan sebagai konsultan bagi klien dalam langka meng-captured kebutuhan klien di masa mendatang.

Minimal S1, diutamakan dari jurusan Manajemen Pemasaran, Teknik, ataupun yang linier.

Having minimum 5 years experience in business development in IT industrybusiness

Having minimum 3 years experience as a leader
