Job Description

The market support executive under supply management team is the part of greater team that support the sourcing and managing the inventory of transport products in Traveloka. You will be accountable for:


  • Bridging communication among Market Manager, Marketing Manager, Product Manager, and Engineer teams.
  • Creating reports, insights, and briefs for Market Managers on timely manner
  • Conducting regular briefing for Market Managers.
  • Supporting analytics team in maintaining business tools and conducting business intelligence


Requirements


  • Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influence skills with personal maturity
  • Proficient office apps (excel, word, presentation) skills.
  • Familiar with common business intelligence tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable university with good academic results.
  • Strong analytical skills and having the drive to be well-organized.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Familiar with transportation industry and business.
