To Support Strategic Business Managers in planning and implementing business development strategies to win sales. We need also Market Development Manager.

Objectives:

• Achieve company objectives by meticulously planning, analyzing performance data.
• Represent the company effectively by demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
• Conduct thorough consumer needs research and effectively communicate about our product & how our solutions address those needs.
• Open widely company’s network thru vertical markets
• Train, motivate, and provide guidance to a team.
• Drive lead generation and establish and nurture client relationships.

Responsibilities:

·Lead campaign activities related with Goshen Swara Indonesia product in coordinating with sales & marketing team.

·Lead branding activities to B2B

·Lead field demos and Gathering market data of a new product and competitor product for further strategy management

·Backing up and assisting the sales team to achieve sales targets

·Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach.

• Create new leads and increase database
• Conduct seminars and presentation about our product to gain new customers and retain existing customers
• Willing to travel for official duties, including out-of-town visits, to directly engage with customers. Deliver presentation & provide solutions about our product
• Eagerness to learn and mastery of our products and services is a must.
• Monitoring and reporting activity which gaining popularity in the Pro sound, AV/ IT market. (product / service )
• Establish stronger relationship with existing rental customer

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Male/Female – Max 40 years
• Preferably Proficient in spoken and written English
• Have knowledge networking & operation software Audio Visual (exp : Shure Designer, Dante Controller, Shure Web Device, Q-Sys Designer)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• At least 2 years of work experience in marketing development (experience in Audio Sound System is preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technic Electro / Tech Engineering.
• Proactive to give an ideas and recommendation regarding solutions and product development

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication, presentation & networking skills and willingness to learn.
• Experience in motivational speaking.
• Preferably have Shure Audio Institute, Q-SYS level 1 & Dante Certification .
