Preferably has minimum 5 years experience working in research agency/data analytics firm/consumer insight team in the client-side or relevant industry

Ensure flawless research delivery as well as compliance of end-to-end process (planning and execution) of custom research studies

Propose research/insight optimization with guidance from senior team member:

Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment & share the result from the research for them to optimized/utilize

To be considered for this position, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Management or Business

- Coordinating marketing strategies with sales, finance, public relations, and production departments

- At least three years of relevant work experience

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

3 years of project management experience

5 years of experience using statistical software for analysis of market research data and development

2 years of national retail or restaurant experience

2 years of experience using demographic data in retail market, site analysts and market research

Experience in statistics, modeling, business intelligence and spatial analytic using Tableau/Alteryx\

Contribute to the creation, development, and prioritization of growth strategies, plans, and goals

Present research findings and insights to key stakeholders, including senior management, to influence business strategies.

Proven experience (at least 7 years) in consumer insights or market research, preferably within the FMCG industry.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to derive meaningful conclusions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights effectively to various stakeholders.

Experience with consumer research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Be familiar with hotel product knowledge and related activities.

Organize regular customer experience in the hotel, or organize team building with important / potential customers, maintaining and developing customer relations.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in international hotel chains.

Good English and Chinese reading and writing skills to meet business needs.

Complete the relevant Hilton University courses promptly and pass the tests.

Responsible for the promotion and sales of all products of the hotel, including but not limited to rooms, catering, banquets, etc.

Certification about brand plan management will be good point

Good in time management skill

Develop & analysis client products from Product Information, benefit, guideline recommendation, patient journey and patient flow

Microsoft office skill (Slide, Excel operations)

At least bachelor degree in business management, marketing, statistic, mathematics, or other related field.

Knowledge or experience working in UI/UX research would be an advantage.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in market research agency (customized/retail) or client side (FMCG, retail, or F&B industry).

Having experience in retail or F&B industry would be an advantage.

Having good analytical skills and interpret the data .

Having technical research skills and knowing any research study - qualitative and quantitative.

You have at least 7 years of experience in Go-To-Market positions.

You have thorough experience in successfully developing and executing go-to-market strategies.

You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are fluent in English.

You have strong problem-solving skills and the willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done;

Tracking execution progress: Define and set up measurement milestones, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in executing commercial initiatives and activities.

You have a good understanding of the fintech industry.

Experienced in key account management and/or distributor management

Develop, ensure, and manage the implementation Distributor Management System and Account Management

Manage top line achievement (volume, revenue, NC, % NC) of MCO through both direct and indirect sales including AR monitoring

Develop the annual business plan in conjunction with the Line Manager

Minimum of three years' experience in automotive sales, preferably premium two-wheeler market

Experienced representative with background in automotive industry and community, especially in MCO

Prior Consumer centric industry experience is a must
