What you'll do:

• Project planning: Outline the complete go-to-market strategy (which might be including but not limited to pricing strategy, customer acquisition strategy, promotion strategy) and budget & project plan. Assign the right team members to work on specific launch responsibilities.
• Ensuring cross-functional collaboration: Steer cross-functional teams across sales, product, software development, content, marketing, legal, operations, and finance. Evaluate ideas, motivate teams to meet deadlines, and ensure all-around alignment in the go-to-market process.
• Market benchmarking: Deploy learning strategies to gain more information about the market, such as market segmentation, market development, market refinement, and competitive intelligence analysis.
• Responsible for bringing products to market. This role will discuss the best marketing channels, sales strategies, and pricing models to ensure the product's ongoing success.
• Generating customer insights: Generate in-depth insights by understanding customer needs using customer validation, customer persona creation, customer building, and customer discovery techniques.
• Tracking execution progress: Define and set up measurement milestones, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in executing commercial initiatives and activities.

What we're looking for:

• You have a high affinity towards micro entrepreneur business.
• You have strong problem-solving skills and the willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done;
• You have at least 7 years of experience in Go-To-Market positions.
• You have a Bachelor's Degree.
• You have thorough experience in successfully developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are fluent in English.
• You have a good understanding of the fintech industry.
