Train, and onboard new tutors, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide effective educational support.

Provide ongoing training and workshops for tutors to enhance their teaching techniques and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Building a comprehensive flow to manage issues from user or internal stakeholders.

All must be documented properly in order to have complete tracking and assessed priority.\

Responding to all feedback and reviews on PlayStore and AppStore.

Escalation must be done immediately for any critical issues. Definition of critical issues are TBD.

Responding to feedback on the Community group in Whatsapp group.

Scopes: Yummy app community and 11 IDN Times community groups
